Four ways to
get it gone
Not sure which one you need? Send a photo over WhatsApp or a call — we'll tell you straight, no upsell.
House clearance
Full property clear-outs, probate clearances, hoarding situations. We sort what can be donated before it goes to landfill.
Garden & green waste
Hedge trimmings, turf, fence panels, old sheds. We'll clear it and leave the space usable again.
Office & commercial
Desk strip-outs, shop fit-out waste, end-of-lease clearances. Evening and weekend slots available.
One-off pickup
Old sofa, mattress, fridge, whatever won't fit in the boot. Book a slot, we do the lifting.
Booked to
binned in 3 steps
Most jobs are quoted the same day and cleared within 48 hours.
Send the details
Call, text, or WhatsApp a few photos of what needs clearing — no site visit needed for most jobs.
Fixed price, no surprises
You get a straight price based on volume, not a vague estimate that changes on the day.
We clear, you relax
We do all the lifting and loading, sweep up after, and dispose of everything responsibly.
Based in Paignton.
Working across Devon.
If you're within the South West, chances are we can get to you within a day or two. Outside the list? Ask anyway — we cover more ground than most.
Don't just take
our word for it
Turned up when they said they would, cleared a full garage in under an hour, swept up after. Easiest quote I've ever had.
Needed a probate clearance done quickly and respectfully. They were exactly that — no pressure, fair price, done properly.
Booked an old sofa collection same week. Text updates the whole way, no faff getting it out the door.
Office strip-out over a bank holiday weekend, done by Tuesday morning. Communicated the whole way, spotless finish.
Garden had years of overgrowth and an old shed to shift. Cleared in a single visit, left the space genuinely usable.
Let's ditch it
this week.
Call or drop us an email with a few photos — most quotes go out same day.
